In a bizarre crossover event that defies conventional expectations, Ubisoft has announced an virtual crossover between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The unusual Thanksgiving event runs from November 25 through December 22, offering complimentary extra story content for Shadows players.

Peculiar Adventure Revealed

According to the authorized statement, "A mysterious meeting pulls characters Naoe and Yasuke into a original adventure, where rumors of banned ceremonies and terrifying metamorphoses echo through the obscurity." The plot presents a "unusually dressed woman named Ada" who tasks the duo with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a key location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her ally from a hidden cult.

The adventure focuses on "peculiar tests and a terrifying foe" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Iconic Settings and Metamorphoses

The trailer showcases the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was earlier where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The teaser finishes with a striking sequence showing a character, presumably the captive, transforming into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.

Special Rewards and Additional Material

Players who finish the mission will obtain an exclusive katana in addition to numerous items secreted throughout the area in hidden chests. The update also features purchasable Attack on Titan item packs, offering:

Third Free Story Update
