Sir Keir Starmer will push allies to deliver Ukrainian forces with further long-range missiles to hit Russian targets during discussions in Britain on Friday.

The prime minister is set to welcome Ukrainian President Zelensky alongside the so-called "coalition of the willing", including more than 20 of supporting nations who have pledged to provide Kyiv security guarantees once a ceasefire is negotiated.
